I'm A Busy Gal

Off the 'sphere for the day. Go check out my interview with National Summary as well as the interviews of better women than myself. This interview kind of ruins my weekend decision to quit blogging; c..r..a..p..

Better women than yourself? I bet they don't lift weights. Have a good break. See you when your blog addiction gets the better of you.

Just read your interview. I gotta agree than the Bush admin folks should stay out in '08, though I think Rice would definitely make a great running mate for someone.

Great interview, I'm sure your readership will jump more.

I agree with Bob - Great Interview. Get ready for a massive spike in readers.

What's with all the hot conservative women? I can hear the powers that be at Playboy brainstorming as we speak: The Girls of the Blogosphere...

Good honest answers and grading, Stacy. I too am very concerned about the escalating rhetoric and polarization in our country. I get an earful almost daily in our dark blue environs.

Bob, you got it backwards: the question is which someone would make a good running mate for Condi Rice?

Rice/Brownback sounds to me like an impressive ticket.

Just read the interveiw. I expected more. I should interveiw you some time.

I'd object to the notion that it was an "interview", as the same list of questions is used for each "interviewee", and there is therefore no adaptation based on the position of the nominal interviewee. It's dry, at best, because of that, and the flaw becomes painfully apparent when you read two or three of them. The good news, of course, is that you get an opportunity to evaluate the position of each of them on the same questions, but these aren't women running for office, for God's sake!

A+ for Stacy, and a C- for National Summary.

What BWH meant to say was about what Bill said. The questions were a little lame, but its so totally cool they interviewed you Stacy!

Aw, you're not threatening to quit again, are you?

Ya want a piece of advice? Beg off on the Cotillion stuff and anything else that adds to your load. Stick to individual blogging and leave it at that.

I've had a couple of offers, but I've declined because I know that I don't have the time. I have a daughter to raise on my own, which I'm sure doesn't even equal your load.

Someone once said that "a brilliant mind needs an outlet" or something similar. So what are you going to do if you quit blogging?

Your problem, if I may guess, is that you feel obligated to blog every day, not to mention your "obligations" to the Cotillion. Don't worry about that, lady. Unless you pull your blog completely, we won't stay away. Skip a couple of days. We don't care. We'll be back. We care about your life, and your political opinions.

Blog when you want to. This isn't a popularity contest. The way I look at it, if you can convert one person from the Left to the Right, you've done your job.

We'd miss you.

Umm...nevermind.

That's what I get for blogging while sleeping. I thought you were threatening to quit again. How embarrasing.

Carry on.

I'm not threatening, geeezzzzz . . . . .

Just being responsible, I kind of like it.
