My confession: When I was about 8 there was someone going around our neighborhood taking donations for 'Jerry's Kids'. My adolescent brain thought 'hey, that would be a great way to get some money'. I took a small basket door to door and asked for donations for 'Jerry's Kids' and kept the money. To all who lived on Parfet St. close to Prospect Valley Elementary in Wheat Ridge, CO in 1976, I'M SORRY!!!!!!
An embarrassing moment: We lived in SoCal for about 5 years. We moved out of Orange County to be in a cheaper area and I wanted to find a job closer to home. There was a nudist colony close to our home looking for a bookkeeper. Every job I ever interviewed for I was offered, but this was probably one of the most uncomfortable 30 minutes of my life. I blew that interview and was permanently scarred for life by what I witnessed. I will never enter the gates of a nudist colony again!!
