Anyway, camera update; being that I also needed a digital camcorder, I purchased a combo unit. So far I think I'm going to be happy, YEEAAA!!!!!

Non-stick cookware really doesn't mean non-stick, it just means that you can't use an abrasive cleaner on it. To clean non-stick cookware without scratching it's finish, old coffee grounds (wet grounds) will delicately scrub away stuck on food.

in re nonstick cookware: Since we use instant coffee, no grounds around :)

However, I spray a lot of PAM on, which helps.

Ok Stacy, how do I get melted plastic off of BWH's cast iron frying pan? I accidentally left a plastic spatula on there and now its got a big melted splotch!
