Found this little item surfing around; it's hilarious!!!!

I always enjoy sensitive prose ;)
Posted by: Bill at October 20, 2005 07:11 PMMost notable to me among her skills has been her ability to take a song with otherwise powerful lyrics (memory fails me at the moment) and deliver it so completely devoid of emotion as to be without meaning. She's done that so often, I'm surprised any writers would let her use their songs.
Posted by: Bill at October 20, 2005 07:15 PMThat is funny, thanks for today's giggle.
Posted by: Crazy Politico at October 20, 2005 09:05 PMI think #19 was my favorite:
19. None of her hit songs have stood the test of time. Would it really be worse listening to Ann Coulter talk about vaginal itching and burning than hearing "Express Yourself," "Vogue" or "Beautiful Stranger" again? No, it would not.

Stacy, you're in Colorado. Over in Broomfield (I think), there's a guy name of Richie Furay. Pastors a church there. Also wrote some of the best damn music of the late 60s-early 70s with the Springfield and Poco. I still listen to it.
OMG Bob! The church where I go the pastor is a BIG name and he and Rich were in that band together. Small world. LOL
Posted by: Stacy at October 21, 2005 12:25 AMIs it really appropriate to say that a pastor wrote "the best damn music"?
Posted by: Jeff H at October 21, 2005 12:41 PMJeff, the Christian version of damn is 'damn'. The secular version is 'Damn'. There, glad we got that straightened out.
