Gotta Love A Man In Uniform

Can't figure out if this is every policeman's fantasy or not.

Bizarre News German police mistaken for strippers

July 26, 2005

Two German policemen were left stunned last week after being mistaken for strippers while investigating a noise complaint.

The officers were greeted by a group of women with cries of "the strippers are here" when they visited premises in the north-western city of Bremen.

Before they could explain they were genuine police officers, the two men were surrounded by the group of "very interested" women.

Luckily, before the randy ladies managed to tear off their uniforms the two terrified officers whipped out their badges and proved they were real policemen.

After the excitement had calmed down, the men persuaded the women to turn their music down and left them to wait for the real strippers.

Swiped from here.

We gals can't resist a man in uniform. Unplanned #1 use to work at a grocery store. One night he came home complaining about the attitudes of the women/girls when the firemen came in to shop. He said they were running around telling all the other women that the firemen were here. I attempted to explain chivalry to him and what it means to a woman to be saved and protected; but he was sickened by the sparkle in his mother's eye when I spoke of how much I enjoyed shopping with the firemen present as well.

What if my uniform consists of nothing but tighty whiteys and my "Huddie hat"?

I'm guessing it won't work...

There was a Golden Girls episode where Blanche mistakes a policeman for a stripper. Gad, am I obsessed...

Ya know, if it were me, I might just have shown them my gun and went with it.

P.S. Thanks for the suggestion. Haloscan lives.

Stacey, I was a policeman, retired, uniforms do have an effect with certain women, or reverse it, a woman in unform attracts certain men. It goes down to UPS drivers, nurses, mailpersons, etc. Intersting. I never had the storyline happen though. Darn.

Back when I was single, my Roto-Rooter uniform never attracted the chicks. Go figure.

I recall a comic strip in which a police officer, having stumbled into a nest of criminals, thought quickly and pretended to be a stripper delivering a birthday greeting, then quickly skipped away to call for backup.

It was a female officer in the cartoon, but the gag would work just as well with a male one, I'm sure.
