Bizarre News-Maria Sharapovas Breasts For Pillows

July 22, 2005, 5:15:42

A Japanese firm has designed a range of pillows in the shape of famous Russian tennis player Maria Sharapova's breasts.

The breast pillow, created by the firm Sharanpowan, is modelled on the blonde beauty's ample charms which users can snuggle into.

Each cushion comes complete with a cover in the style of a tennis shirt - available in white, pink or yellow - that can be removed to reveal more intimate details.

The breast pillow costs $17 and although it is currently only available in Japan if it proves to be popular it could also be released throughout Europe.

What I would like to know is if she actually modelled for them or if they just guessed. No matter how popular my blog becomes I would never take part in selling pillows shaped like my breasts; I'd lose all my visitors.

What kind of man would actually enjoy a pillow like this? Oh wait, I know who.

What's next? A pillow shaped like Jennifer Lopez's rear?

Pillows modeled on Paris Hilton or the Olson twins' anatomies would be a ripoff, as they wouldn't have much stuffing and would be a bit uncomfortable.

All I have to say about your reference to yourself, Stacy, is -- sounds like you thought a bit about the Stacy pillow idea before rejecting it. Am I right?

Sigh...again...I wish I had something the Japanese would make anything out of. Pencil warmer?
I've watched her play tennis and hadn't noticed they were THAT big but I guess not everyone like a big pillow, I don't. I prefer her to Kournikova. As tennis players.
I think Muley has some good ideas should these things catch on. I think the Lopez idea would be a hit but Paris Hilton would be like sleeping on the floor. Nothing there.

I was wondering why I was getting so many hits from your site. LOL.

Pillows?? Ahhhh, I love boobie pillows.

Um, pretty much any straight man, I would think.

Like Mr. Smithers said after injecting himself after taking his "anti-gay" injection, "I like boobies!!"

Hey, waddaya know, it let me accidently post w/o putting in my name and stuff...

Sorry 'bout that...

The "pretty much any straight man" comment should be attributed to me...

Jeff, you know what they that song's really about don't you?

Paul, no, I guess I'm just desperate for material. That and I'm lazy and don't feel like diving deep into my soul to produce a blue ribbon post. That comes Wednesday.

Ken, got it, thanks.

Muley, a JLo pillow would be awesome; so comfy.

RR, you're just a perv.

I'm the last to know. What is the song about? I thought it was about Mitsubishi cars or something. Is there a DEEPER meaning?

Stacy, I'm having great fun, don't change anything. You're a catalyst. What happens Wednesday?

Posted by: Paul of York at August 1, 2005 11:05 PM

Wednesday I actually post rather than riding on the coat-tails of others.

And then vacation. Take notes so you can tell us your "Erma Bombeck" moments if any when you get back. You don' t even know who she is, do you? I was trying to think of someone more contemporary but can't.
