This one was far too sweet to pass by. I just heard that Fidel Castro has made smoking in public illegal; and 40% of their population smokes! I wonder if the penalty for smoking in public is similar to say oh, the eh, penalty for speaking against the government in public. Hmm, yes one wonders.

I guess we know who Castro's in bed with now.
