**Krystal Tobias and Laura Hobbs,

**Krystal Tobias and Laura Hobbs, and your friends and families, may you find comfort in the arms of our Lord Jesus Christ**

This is one of those mornings that you wish never would have come. I am having a difficult time dealing with the facts that are coming about in this case. Jody put up a post on Monday that tore apart my soul.

Even before the facts came out about this case, I knew in my heart that whoever was responsible for the stabbing deaths of these two precious little girls was most likely a repeat offender. I have lost count lately as to how many of the cases in just the past year or so were carried out by known criminals. But the even more difficult part of this is that Jerry Hobbs, father of Laura, has confessed to killing these beautiful girls. This man has a rap sheet spanning more that 15 years; drugs, domestic violence, assault, etc. Last month he was released from a Texas prison after serving a two year sentence. He has repeatedly assaulted the mother of his daughter and landed in prison the last time for chasing her with a running chainsaw.

How many more children must we lose before something is actually done to decrease releases on parole? It is frightening to know that these people are out there and that our children are vulnerable. When will NGO's like the ACLU fight for OUR RIGHTS? When will prisoners rights advocates distinguish between what is right and what is wrong?

It's time to return the guillotine to the town square. Potential criminals see no real threat with incarceration. The current political and social climate allows prisoners a comfortable lifestyle. They are entitled to food, recreation, cable TV, education, computers and much more. I know hard-working, honest people that cannot afford those luxuries. Somewhere along the line political pansies stepped in and decided that prisoners are people too. Don't get me wrong; I know that there are good people that for some reason chose to do something bad. But actual physical harm to someone crosses the man/monster line.

I just want to curl up in a corner and cry my heart out, I can't take much more of this. This world has always been an evil place. Pharaoh's killing all the first-born males; religions that required sacrificing infants; it goes on and on. This reminds me of something Paula said; she said her grandmother use to say 'if the Lord doesn't return soon, he'll have to apologize to Sodom and Gomorrah'. Grandma; I agree.
