Yesterday's decision by the Supreme Court affects everyone of us who own private property. The American dream of hard work and home ownership has just been desecrated and our Fifth Amendment has been rewritten.
The five to four decision came to us courtesy of the Liberals sitting on the court along with the flip/flop decisions of Justice Kennedy. Kennedy, who was appointed by Reagan, is known to be somewhat of a moderate and his decisions are often unpredictable.
Rather than seeing this as the courts supporting capitalistic big businesses, I actually see it more as the courts moving towards a socialist America. This is how it has began in the past; governments taking away from private parties for the good of all it's citizens. And what could be better for the citizens than higher tax revenue coming into their local municipalities.
It's a socialist wolf in capitalist sheeps clothing.
So if you're a Liberal and feel that this decision is unjust please remember that this is what we have been attempting to communicate to you. Justices Stevens, Souter, Ginsburg, Breyer and Kennedy have removed our constitutional rights and we have the Liberal agenda to thank for it. This is only the beginning and it is why it is so important that judges who are traditionalists and respect the Constitution as it is are placed on the bench.
Part Two
I love Carl Rove. Speaking at a conservative fund-raising event, he speaks the truth and the MSM and Democrats get their panties in an uproar. Mr. Rove was not on the Senate floor, he was not speaking at a news conference. I find it amazing how the Democrats can dish it out but they can't take it. Mr. Rove did not speak an untruth, he was speaking in reference to 'Move-On.Org' and accurately relayed their ideology. Being that they believe him to be so sly and manipulative, they should have thought before they spoke, perhaps there's a hidden agenda in his statement, hmm. I'm excited about what will transpire in the coming days regarding this.
Even dear husband, who does not keep up with politics because he is too busy supporting his family and the families of his employees, said that he has heard much worse from the Democrats. He is less conservative than myself and laughed off what Rove said.
I'm off the 'sphere for the day, I'm taking the kids out for a day of fun and I'm looking forward to hitting the batting cages myself. All of you have a nice day.
